Food Vendor Opportunities
Do you have a mobile food truck and experience catering to outdoor events?
The Parking Lot Social is looking for mobile food vendors like you to cater to the hundreds of hungry attendees that we are expecting for our drive-in event experience.
We’ve created a spectacular, new touring, drive-in event and overloaded it with a programme of immersive and interactive entertainment that’s broadcast from our stage straight to your car, allowing us all to come together, while still keeping us that safe distance apart.
We will be visiting a number of markets throughout Australia. If you are in the area and have quality cuisine to feed our hungry party people, we want to hear from you!

Food Vendor F.A.Q.
WHAT ARE THE EVENT HOURS?
Most of our events will operate during the following hours at each location. We ask that you are set up and ready to go at least 30 minutes before we open the gates and that you trade the whole evening of each event day that you are booked.
Wednesday, 8:00pm – 9:30pm (gates open at 7:00pm)*
Thursday, 8:00pm – 10:00pm (gates open at 7:00pm)*
Friday, 8:00pm – 2:00am (gates open at 7:00pm)*
Saturday, 1:00pm – 2:00am (gates open at 12:00pm)*
Sunday, 1:00pm – 11:00pm (gates open at 12:00pm)*

HOW MANY PEOPLE ATTEND EACH EVENT?
With a capacity of 250 cars, we expect about 600 attendees at each of our event sessions.
We never overbook food vendor partners and we work on flexible and generous terms.
HOW MANY OTHER VENDORS ARE BOOKED?
Typically, we book 1 dessert vendor and 3 hot food vendors. This may vary by market.
