The Parking Lot Social is an amazing, new touring experience which packs a bunch of exciting entertainment into one incredible night out. We’ve created a spectacular event space and overloaded it with a program of immersive and interactive entertainment that’s broadcast from our stage straight to your car, allowing us all to come together, while still keeping us that safe distance apart.

Crazy times call for crazy solutions and while live entertainment as we know it may be on pause we’ve found a way to deliver it in a new, fun and safe format. Each event will feature a carefully curated mix of new and classic entertainment concepts that everyone can enjoy. From evening and late night events to our ‘SocialKids’ daytime program there truly is something for everyone Check out some highlights below:

A gig with a difference. From our stage, direct to your car get that live music fix you’ve been missing.

Using wireless headphone technology we’re throwing a massive silent disco in the parking lot.

A live-band, two giant screens, and the star of the show…YOU! A mass sing-a-long from the comfort of your car.

FRIDAY & SATURDAY EVENING

A thrilling mix of live band Car-A-Oke, Boom Boom Bingo, Silent Disco DJ Battles, Trivia Contests and much much more. Engine Off, Party On!

SATURDAY AND SUNDAY DAYTIME

A family delight featuring The Big Family Trivia Contest,  Boy v Girl and Parent v Kid Silent Disco, kids themed Car-A-Oke and Bingo!

FRIDAY AND SATURDAY LATE EVENING

Late night thrills are guaranteed at our showing of our midnight movies across our two massive 40ft screens. Live DJs complete the lineup.

Grab the family and jump in the car for a classic drive-in movie experience that’s suitable for all ages. Sing-along, laugh along and dont forget to share the popcorn as we deliver a truly memorable experience. Our mainstage DJ will get you all in the mood for an awesome family night out.

Join us for a special drive-in showing of a classic 90’s movie on our two MASSIVE 40ft screens. And check out our very own Throwback DJ on the main stage playing all the biggest hits from the decade straight to your car stereo. Themed costume encouraged!

Keeping You Entertained & Keeping You Safe

Our event has been specially designed with social distancing in mind. It’s been at the forefront of our conceptualization and planning and will be an important part of your experience. Here’s more info on how that will look in real-life

Ticketing & Check In

All tickets must be purchased online as there will be no on-site box office. Tickets can be displayed on your dashboard or scanned from your phone (remotely) ensuring a completely contactless purchase and check-in procedure

Food Ordering & Delivery

Food must be ordered remotely from your vehicle. Details of all ordering and delivery procedures along with the various food options which will be available at your location will be sent to you in advance of your show date via our ‘Event Guide’

Restrooms

Restrooms, including accessible restrooms, will be provided at all event venues. Guests who need to use the facilities must follow social distancing restrictions and instructional signs. All restrooms will be monitored by an attendant to ensure comfort and cleanliness. Restroom use will be limited to one adult at a time. Small children may be accompanied by an adult

Line Management
Lines for the restrooms and other ‘out of car’ areas will be subject to social distancing protocols with customers asked to maintain a safe distance from each other. Our event staff will be on hand to advise on this and make sure that rules are being respected.
Hand Sanitation

Dedicated hand sanitation stations will be located at various locations around the event site. We encourage all customers to use these during any trips they need to make from their car.

Q: WHAT IS THE PARKING LOT SOCIAL?

The Parking Lot Social is a touring entertainment concept that blends live music, movies, DJs, interactive games, themed trivia and comedy into one thrilling day/night out. While guests are required to remain in their car, there’s a focus on mass participation at all times to bring the audience together, while keeping them that safe distance apart.

Q: ARE TICKETS PER PERSON OR PER CAR?

All tickets are per car. Please don’t overload your vehicle. Ensure that the number of passengers in your vehicle doesn’t exceed the number of seats.

Q: HOW LONG WILL THE SHOW LAST?

Each event will last between 2-3 hours. Check the event page for your city for exact details.

Q: WHAT IS INCLUDED IN THE VIP TICKET?

VIP ticket holders will be allowed access to the first two rows of parking.

Q: WHAT HAPPENS IF THE EVENT IS CANCELLED AS A CONSEQUENCE OF THE ONGOING PANDEMIC?

If the event is cancelled for any reason all customers will receive an automatic refund of all ticket costs and fees.

Q: ARE TICKETS AVAILABLE AT THE GATE?

There will be no tickets available at the gate. Please purchase all tickets online from this website.

Q: WHAT TIME SHOULD I ARRIVE?

The parking lot will usually be open from one hour before each show time. We suggest you arrive approximately 30-45 mins before the advertised start time.

Q: HOW DO I SCAN MY TICKET?

Please present your ticket at the driveway entrance for contact-free scanning by holding the ticket against your rolled-up window. Our staff will scan your ticket through the glass.

Q: WILL RESTROOMS BE AVAILABLE?

Restrooms, including accessible restrooms, will be provided at all event venues. Guests who need to use the facilities must follow social distancing restrictions and instructional signs. Q: WILL THERE BE FOOD FOR SALE?

Yes. Food ordering and delivery will adhere to social distancing regulations. Please see the ‘Event Guide’ that will be mailed to you in advance of your event date and which will include what food options are available and instructions on how to order.

Q: WHAT HAPPENS IF IT RAINS?

This is a rain or shine event. In the event that the weather makes it unsafe to operate, the event management reserves the right to delay or postpone the event performance. We will communicate any weather related changes to the schedule via email and text (if you supply us with your cell at the checkout page).

Q: HOW DO I LISTEN TO THE EVENT?

All audio will be transmitted via an FM radio signal to your car radio on a dedicated channel, which will be listed in the ‘ Event Guide’ that will be mailed to you in advance of your event date. If you experience technical difficulties or don’t have a working car radio, please contact our event staff. Only the ‘Kids Social’ and ‘The Parking Lot Social’ events require every guest to get headphones, which will be provided to each guest upon arrival. Guests with sensory issues can choose not to wear headphones. Please note that some interactivity during the ‘Silent Disco’ portion of the event will be lost should you elect to listen via your car radio. All headphones get disinfected after each use and will be supplied to you in a sealed plastic bag. These headphones will then be collected from you at the end.

Cars & Parking

Q: ARE PARKING SPACES ASSIGNED?

Unless you have purchased a VIP ticket this event is General Admission and all parking spaces will be assigned on arrival, based on your vehicle’s size and on a ‘first come, first served’ basis. 

Q: ARE THERE ANY SPECIAL RULES FOR PARKING?

Each event will be staffed with a team of dedicated attendants experienced in managing event parking. Please follow their direction at all times. 

Q: DO I NEED TO TURN MY HEADLIGHTS OFF?

Yes, headlights must remain off throughout the event.

Q. CAN I BRING MY TRUCK OR SUV?

Yes. However, our parking partners will be locating all larger vehicles towards the rear of the venue to prevent blocking sight lines for those in smaller vehicles. 

Q: CAN I WATCH THE SHOW FROM MY TRUCK BED?

Yes. However, in the interest of maintaining social distancing guests are encouraged to enjoy the event from within their vehicles. If you do choose to sit on your tailgate or leave your vehicle, please continue to stay socially distant with the other attendees.

Q: IS TAILGATING PERMITTED?

No. In the interests of maintaining social distancing guests should enjoy the event from within their vehicles only.

Q: I DIDN’T RECEIVE AN EMAIL WITH MY TICKETS. WHAT SHOULD I DO?

  • The session day and time you booked

Q: CAN I TRANSFER MY BOOKING TO SOMEONE ELSE?

Tickets are non-transferable and can only be used by those named on the tickets. If you would like to transfer your tickets to someone else, you first need to contact us so we can update the tickets to reflect those who will be attending. You can do this by using the contact section below to send us the details of the changes required, along with the location you will be attending, and your booking number (which can be found in your booking confirmation email).

Q: CAN I TRANSFER MY BOOKING TO A DIFFERENT SESSION?
